2. Appointments & Booking

3. Pricing
3.1. Prices listed on our website, service menu, or provided quotes are estimates only.
3.2. Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle’s size, condition, level of contamination, and additional services requested.
3.3. Any price changes will be discussed and approved before work begins.
4. Vehicle Condition
4.1. You acknowledge that heavily soiled vehicles (excessive pet hair, stains, tar, sap, mold, etc.) may require additional time and fees.
4.2. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects. Some conditions are permanent or require body shop repair.
4.3. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including dents, paint defects, or mechanical issues.
5. Personal Belongings
5.1. Please remove all personal items before your appointment.
5.2. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
6. Liability
6.1. We carry out all services with reasonable skill and care.
6.2. We are not liable for:

Damage resulting from faulty vehicle components

Damage caused by aftermarket accessories (alarms, wraps, badges, tint, etc.)
6.3. You must notify us of any sensitive, loose, or fragile parts before we begin work.
7. Weather Policy (for Mobile Services)
7.1. Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions that prevent safe or effective detailing.
7.2. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is required.
8. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
8.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
8.2. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
8.3. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
9. Payment
9.1. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

12. Use of Photos & Media
12.1. We may take before-and-after photos/videos of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes.
12.2. If you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed, you must inform us prior to service.
13. Changes to Terms
13.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
